Every woman's desire is to have healthy, glowing skin. The first step to achieving this is to ensure that your skin is hydrated, not just on the outside, but from the inside as well. Keeping your skin hydrated means loading your body with sufficient water and other water-rich foods which help it to
function effectively. Below you'll find 5 simple foods which get the job done, with all of them being some of my personal favourites.

Oranges

Oranges are loaded with water and are an excellent source of Vitamin C, which works by hydrating your skin and cells, and producing collagen which leads to supple skin.

Avocados

Avocados contain Vitamin C, E, and monounsaturated fats which helps your skin to lock in moisture. There are so many interesting ways in which you can incorporate avocados in your diet to reap its benefits. Add it to your sandwiches, throw it in your salad, or make the tastiest guacamole dip for some chips.

Watermelon

A favourite summer fruit, watermelons are a great source of Vitamin A and C which works to nourish your skin, ensuring that you do not lose excess water.

Oatmeal

Oatmeal is a water-rich food that helps your skin stay moisturized as it contains manganese. Manganese supports healthy collagen and elastin production.

Eggs

Eggs helps cell regeneration because it's loaded with protein. It also contains lutein and sulfur which promotes skin hydration and improves its elasticity. Eggs double up as a topical treatment for dry skin as well. Simply whip egg whites until frothy, apply to your face and neck, and rinse well with warm water.
